Mr. Mohd Sharique Ahmad is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering with an experience over 8 years in academic and research. He completed his bachelor’s in civil engineering and masters in structural Engineering from NIT Jalandhar and currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering from NIT Patna. His research interests include Laminated Sandwich composite plate, Engineered bamboo and PCM Encapsulated Structures. He has carried out research projects sponsored by TEQIP under collaborative Research Scheme. He handles Structural Engineering courses in Civil Engineering such as Design of reinforced Concrete Structures I & II, Advance Design of Hydraulic Structures. He also teaches Structural subjects in Diploma Technical college and Bachelor of Architecture such as Elements of RCC Design in diploma and Structures III and Structures IV in Bachelor of Architecture. He Is awarded IGBC accredited faculty from the Indian Green Building Council.
