Area of Specialization - Remote sensing and GIS, Sustainable building, Artificial Neural Networks.

Ms. Priyanka Chauhan is Teaching in the Department of Civil Engineering as a Guest Faculty with an experience of 4 years in the same Institute. She completed her bachelor’s in Civil engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra and holds a post graduate degree in Engineering System with specialization in Computer Science from DEI. She is currently working as a part time Guest Faculty and also doing her PhD in Civil Engineering department in DEI. Her research interests include Geographic Information system, Remote sensing, friction coefficient of OCs, absorption of NOx pollutants and Artificial neural Networks. She has carried out research projects based on ANN advancements and done publication in Springer and IEEE Sem Journal. She handles advanced courses in Civil Engineering such as Geomatics, Soil Mechanics, Contracts & Statutory Provisions for Buildings, etc. Through her professional experience in teaching she has delivered lectures, supervised 12+ practical labs & have one paper accepted for publication in Springer and has designed Seismic Analysis & Retro Fitting of Structures using latest software and tools.
